On June 12, the Russian Federation celebrates Russia Day in commemoration of the anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic on 12 June 1990, beginning the constitutional reform in the Russian Soviet state.
