This is an asset of a C-RAM Truck (Counter Rocket, Artillery and Mortar) PvE object from the American Dream season. The truck was supposed to act as an object of defense. The model is based on the Phalanx CIWS mounted on a modified Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) chassis. Both components exist in real life, but have never been put together into one system.
A portion of this model was used for various Enigma assets in the Special Operations mode.
